　　BTLWRZ、BTLWERZ型额定电压0.6/1千伏及以下布线用铜芯无机矿物绝缘轧纹铝护套柔性防火电缆相比于普通的阻燃耐火电缆，环保性能更好、阻燃和耐火等级更高，其耐火性能达到950~1000，3h，同时通过英国BS6387:2013和英国标准8491:2008标准规定的线路完成性（单纯耐火丙、耐火防水W和耐火冲击z)试验和A类阻燃试验。 　　

　　

　　与普通阻燃耐火电缆相比，额定电压0.6/1千伏及以下配线用BTLWRZ和BTLWERZ型铜芯无机矿物绝缘波纹铝护套软耐火电缆具有更好的环境性能和更高的阻燃耐火等级。在3950~1000h下耐火时间可达3h，同时通过了BS6387: 2013和BS8491: 2008标准规定的电路完整性（简单耐火丙、耐火防水W和耐火冲击z)测试和A型阻燃测试。

本产品仅含少量的有机材料，具有高阻燃(A类)、低烟、无卤和耐火特性，在继承了BTTZ系列矿物绝缘电缆高度防火特性的同时特殊的结构设计使得电缆耐电压等级、绝缘电阻和弯曲性能均有大幅提高，运行非常节能，可以连续多芯大截面大长度生产，安装也回复到传统电缆安装工艺，施工与维护简便，综合成本大大降低。其优势有：

　　

This product only contains small amount of organic material and has high flame retardant, low smoke, halogen free and fire resistant characteristics. In addition to the inheritance of high fireproof characteristic of BTTZ series mineral insulated cables, its special structural design greatly improves voltage resistance grade, insulation resistance and bending property and energy can be saved during operation. Continuous multi-core cables with large section and long length can be produced and the installation also returns to the installation technology of traditional cables. The construction and maintenance is simple and convenient and comprehensive cost is greatly lowered. Its advantages include:

分支箱、T接端子、穿刺线夹、铜鼻子 ，建议消防线路采用专用终端，当电缆长度达不到线路长度时也可采用中间联接器联接，以确保电缆端头或联接处也具有防火性能。

　　

Brand box, T wiring terminal, piercing connector and cooper nose. It is suggested fire-fighting lines shall use special terminal. In case the cable length cannot reach the length of the line, intermediate connector could also be used for connection, so as to ensure cable socket or connection part is also fireproof.
