第四部分是阅读理解。
阅读，共20题，共60分。每篇短文通常由3-4个小问题组成。把问题带到文章中去寻找答案。基本上，你可以在相应的段落中找到答案。在阅读理解中，要注意故事的情节，一些细节，以及前后的推论和总结。一般8-10题做对不难，30分左右就可以了。下面我们将总结一些常见的阅读理解体裁，对应的特点和解题技巧。如果努力学习，可以再加10分左右的分。
阅读理解是考察学生综合运用所学词汇和语法知识获取信息能力的重要考试。是一道选择题，
短文三到四篇，总阅读量不少于1000字。有体裁记叙文，说明文，应用文等。每篇文章后面都有一些问题或不完整的句子。要求考生在仔细阅读短文后，从每个问题或不完整句子下面的四个选项中选择可用于回答问题或完成句子的最佳答案。要求考生阅读后掌握每篇短文的主旨、主要事实、相关细节和上下文的逻辑关系。不同体裁文章的特点和解题技巧
(1)叙事
记叙文可以分为传记和故事。
读传记类文章，“时间”是全文的关键。根据“时间”可以找到相关事件，把握文章的主要内容。故事式的文章，情节性很强。阅读时要注意故事中的时间、地点、人物、事件。这些是文章中的主要内容和信息，对于准确理解文章非常重要。
(2)说明文字
说明文是介绍、说明或阐述事物的形状、性质、特点和成就的文章。解释我所解释的事物的特点和本质是理解说明文的关键。解释事物特征的方法很多，主要有定义法、解释法、比较法、类比法、数字法、图表法、引用法、举例法等。
(3)应用文写作
应用文涵盖的范围很广，包括广告、通知、信函等。应用文一般语言简洁，有很多省略和不规则的句子。阅读时，一般要求考生充分掌握文章提供的信息，并利用这些信息解决问题。因此，理解问题就显得尤为重要。

第五部分 补全对话
“补全对话”共设 5 个小题，每小题 3 分，共 15 分。这部分有一段对话，要求考生在理解对话的基础上，从给出的八个选项中选出 5 个符合语境的最佳答案。该题型一般情景较简单，日常学习中多积累一些交际用语，本题就没问题，一般能得 10 分左右。
补全对话部分考题，主要考查考生对日常生活会话中包括学习、娱乐、购物、问候、介绍、告别、邀请、道歉等话题的表达方法，熟练应用的能力，以使考生达到学以致用的要求。解这类题型，考生应能够通过分析、判断、推理等方法从所给选项中选出适合其场景的最佳答案。
解题方法：
1.通读对话全文，弄清楚整个对话发生的地点、时间、人物身份以及对话的内容。、
2.理清上下句的逻辑关系，使填入的话和整篇对话文理通顺，融为一体。答题时，依据语言环境补全对话，逐句推敲。
3.符合说英语国家人的习惯。注意口语交际中的一些习惯用语，特别是汉语和英语表达方式的不同，要认真通读对话。
4.应将一些常见情景下经常运用的词组、句型背熟。
5.注意留白处的标点。是句号，就应填问句；是句号，就应填陈述句。

六部分 书面表达
书面表达满分 30 分，如果将所给的作文内容概要进行大致的翻译，句子完整，书写规范，本篇作文，一般能得 20 分以上。最基本做到简要翻译了部分内容，字数凑足，考前背一背范文，一般至少能得 10 分以上。 “书面表达”题是考查学生能否运用所学到的知识和所掌握的技能来表达思想的试题。一般为命题式作文而非自由作文，要求考生根据所给情境用英语写一篇 100 个单词左右的短文。提供的情景包括目的、对象、时间、地点、内容等；提供情景的形式有图画、图表、提纲等。注意，考生要按题目要求的体裁来写作。本题满分为 30 分。
